this sauce takes about 3 days to make. doing this allows the flavors to fuse and gives a wonderful flavor for whatever you want to use it for. first, dice all vegetables, mince garlic and onions and any fresh herbs. combine these ingredients in a 1 gallon plastic bowl. add about 1/4 cup olive oil,mix . cover and put in fridge overnight. on the second day, take a fry pan, med-high heat ,2 Tbs olive oil and 1 clove minced garlic and half of sweet yellow onion and sautee till onions are clear. add steak, seer on both sides till 'rare'. when steak is done, seer pork chops till almost done. after pork is done, cook Italian sausage. when meats are cooled, tear apart. tearing gives a better texture and flavor. add meats to vegetables, add wine and mix. refrigerate overnight. on the 3rd day, you'll need a chefs pot, put meat & veg mixture into pot and simmer on low-med heat. start this in the morning to have ready for dinner. takes about 5-6 hours. during last 1 1/2 - 2 hours of cooking, add t
