Sieve the atta and salt together on a plate.Rub the butter into the atta with your fingertips and mix well. Gradually add ice-cold water (approx. 3 tbsp) and knead well to make a stiff dough and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes

Knead the dough again, Roll out a portion of the dough into circle. Place the circle into tart case and press the circle gently around the sides of the tart case.Prick all over the tarts with the help of a fork.Arrange the tarts on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc 10 to 15 min or in electric tandoor Cool the tart cases and use.

Boil water in a pan and put soya granules in it leave for 10 min then drain water and use granules. Saute soya granules, frozen corn,chopped capsicum,cabbage, ginger, green chilli, soya sauce,Schezuan sauce,tomato sauce and salt and mix well.

Fill this mixture in tarts and serve with grated chese on it.
