cook pasta until tender but still firm to the bite@ 8 to 10 min, drain reserving@ 1cup of the pasta water

in a 14" skillet heat 1/4 cup olive oil over med high heat, throw in onion, cook until soft about 5 min add garlic and cook 30 seconds or until aromatic

add tuna to the skillet and using a fork break into chunks, spoon in cherry tom, articoke hearts, capers & thyme

cook, stirring until tomatoes begin to soften @ 8 to 10 min

put in the pasta, remaining oil & parsley. toss until all ingredients are coated, using a little pasta water if needed to thin out sauce, season with salt & pepper. serve warm or at room temperature
