  • 2 canscooked fava beans
  • Salt
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Cumin
  • 2 tablespoonstahini
  • 3 tablespoonsplain yogurt
  • Pinchred pepper flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the fava beans until they boil.

  2. 2

    Mash the garlic, then mash the fava beans. Add the tahini, yogurt, olive oil, cumin, salt, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
