  1. 300 gramsmeat
  2. 1medium onion chopped
  3. 1large tomato slice
  4. 2garlic cloves grated
  5. 3 Tbcooking oil
  6. 1/4salt
  7. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  8. 1ts royco powder

    Heat pan add the meat and sprinkle the salt

  2. 2

    Let the meat dehydrate and cook

  3. 3

    Add onions and garlic cloves

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and let them cook for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add the royco powder and coriander powder

  6. 6

    Add water and let the meat cook for 10 minutes
