1/2 cupsour cream
1 1/4 cupMilk
3 cupdiced cooked chicken
1 packages16oz frozen mixed veggies
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspblack pepper
3/4 cupBiscuit baking mix
1/4 cupcornmeal
1egg
2 cup8oz shredded chedder cheese

In a 9x13in baking dish, combine soup, sour cream, & 1/2c milk; mix well. Add chicken, veggies, salt,& pepper; mix well

In a med bowl, combine baking mix, cornmeal, egg, & remaining 3/4 cup milk; mix well then spoon over chicken mixture & sprinkle w/ cheese.

Bake 30 to 35 mins, or until edges are golden & chicken is warmed through.
