  • 250 gmaize flour
  • 2 cupswater

    Boil water until hot

  2. 2

    Add maize flour and stir

  3. 3

    Continue adding flour and using mwiko keep stirring until ugali becomes thick

  4. 4

    Cover with a lid and remove from a jiko and serve in aplate.

  5. 5

    Eat with greens.
