1 lbHatch green chiles
1Jalapeno
1 lbPork
3 tbspFlour
1 tspGarlic salt
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchPepper
1/2 tbspMinced onion
2 cupBeef broth

Steps

Cut up tomatos, chiles, and jalapenos

Put in a pot and cook on high.

Cook pork in a skillet
4

Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, minced onion, and 3tbls of flour
5

Pour beef broth in pot with chiles and tomatos
6

Add pork mixture
7

Simmer on low for several hours
