  • soup
  • 12 ozfrozen peas
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 bunchtarragon
  • 1/4 cupkey lime juice
  • 1/4 cuptoasted pine nuts
  • 1 tspsea salt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2leeks chopped

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    place frozen peas, leeks and water in pot simmer to boiling point

  2. 2

    turn off heat, add tarragon, seep covered for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    toast pine nuts

  4. 4

    place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth adding olive oil, salt, pepper to taste
