Ingredients

  1. 7 cupsRice
  2. 1 TBSPtumeric
  3. 3eggs
  4. Bell pepper green and red
  5. Onions
  6. Cubeseasoning
  7. Salt
  8. 8 TBSPoil
  9. Habanero pepper
  10. Tomatoes
  11. Chicken parts
  12. Curry
  13. Garlic
  14. Ginger
  15. 1 tspsugar
  16. Carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash chicken. Part dry. Mix some oil, cube seasoning, curry, habanero pepper, Tomato, onions, garlic, ginger and salt together and pulse for 30secs. Use and marinate the chicken for 20miniuts.

    Chop onions heat pan, add oil and fry. Add some blended Tomato and pepper. Add cube seasoning and salt check taste. Cook for 5minutes and set aside.

    Wash rice. Put on fire. Add oil and some tumeric and salt. Cut until almost done.

  4. 4

    Wash carrots, green and red pepper, onions and set aside.

  5. 5

    Check chicken. Take off the marinade. Mix into the peppered sauce. Sprinkle sugar, Put into oven and grill for 20-25minutes.

  6. 6

    Check rice. Use fork to break. Heat oil. Add onions, and Carrots, the whisked eggs, add salt, scramble then add rice. Mix and the green and red pepper. Check taste and serve with Grilled chicken.
