Shalgam ko chil kar kaat le

Ek pressure cooker mein kate hue shalgam daal kar 1 glass pani daalen. Namak aur haldi daal kar 5 se 6 visals aane tak pakayen.

Ek frypan mein oil daal kar pyaaz ko daalen Aur bhune.

Jaise hi pyaaz pink ho to esmein garlic daal kar milaayen.

Fir adrak daalen aur sab ko bhune.

Ab esmein hari mirch daalen.

Pressure cooker kholen aur taste kar ke dekhen ki namak thik hai. Taste je hisaab se namak set karein.

Hand blander ya ghotne ki help se shalgam ko mash kar aur saath hi thora thora kar ke makki ka aata daalen. Aur 5 mint tak pakne dein.

Ab frypan mein bana tarke ko shalgam mein daal kar mix karein aur pakayen. Kta hua hara dhaniya daalen aur mix karein.
