Ingredients

18-20 cookies
  • 1 cuppeanut butter
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspcustard powder (sub with flour if you don't have this)
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cupquick oats
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything up

  2. 2

    Roll mixture into 1 inch balls

  3. 3

    Place in cookie sheet and flatten with fork

  4. 4

    Bake 12 minutes at 350

  5. 5

    Seriously, if you don't have custard powder, go out and get some. The one I use is made by Horne's. I add that stuff in many desserts.
