  • 300 gox liver
  • 1onion
  • 1 tbsbenny spice
  • halflemon
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 4 tbsoil

  1. 1

    Marinade ox in garlic, benny spice and lemon juice let it rest for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    In separate pot fry onion until tender then add the ox liver, stir and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
