Wash plantain and peel, sliced into desired shape and sprinkle salt over the plantain

Heat up frying pan and once it's hot add vegetable oil and once the vegetable oil is hot, start frying plantain

Once the side is fried through flip over to the other side and do same; remove from hot oil once it's ready

Drain in a paper towel and serve while hot with anything
