Ingredients

  • 1/4pumpkin
  • 1 2/1sugar
  • 1mirin Japanses sweet sake
  • 1/2soy sauce
  • 150 ccwater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut pumpkin into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and mirin on the pumpkin. Fry them in the pan. Add water in the pan and simmer them until it becomes soft.

  3. 3

    Add soy sauce in the pan. Simmer them for about 5 minutes.
