Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 1 tspYeast -
  3. 1/2 tspSugar -
  4. 1 tbspoonOil -
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 2 tspMilk
  7. as needed Milk and butter for brushing
  8. For stuffing
  9. 1/4 cupCorn
  10. 1Shimla Mirch -chopped
  11. 1/4 cupPeas boiled
  12. 1Carrot -chopped
  13. 2-3 clovesGarlic -chopped
  14. 1 TspKasoori methi
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 pinchHaldi -
  17. as neededOil
  18. to tasteBlack salt -
  19. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder -
  20. 1 -pinchSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add warm water sugar and add yeast and rest for five min

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add maida salt oil and mix it well

  3. 3

    Add yeast and add little bit milk and mix well to a dough
    Cover with clink wrap and rest for one hour

  4. 4

    For stuffing
    Heat oil in a pan add garlic and sauté it add all the the vegetables and mix it well

  5. 5

    Add salt redchilly pow black salt kasoori methi haldi and add sugar.mix it well
    Add lime juice and mix it well
    Let it be cool

  6. 6

    Now divide the dough into equal portions
    Roll them and make a small chapati with the help of rolling pin

  7. 7

    Take one teaspoon of filling in the centre and make a four cut
    And fold it like a rose shape

  8. 8

    Place them in a baking tray and brush them milk and butter wash

  9. 9

    Sprinkle some coriander leaves and white sea same seeds and bake for fifteen min at 180c

  10. 10

    Serve hot
