In a mixing bowl add warm water sugar and add yeast and rest for five min

Take a bowl add maida salt oil and mix it well

Add yeast and add little bit milk and mix well to a dough
Cover with clink wrap and rest for one hour - 4
For stuffing
Heat oil in a pan add garlic and sauté it add all the the vegetables and mix it well - 5
Add salt redchilly pow black salt kasoori methi haldi and add sugar.mix it well
Add lime juice and mix it well
Let it be cool - 6
Now divide the dough into equal portions
Roll them and make a small chapati with the help of rolling pin - 7
Take one teaspoon of filling in the centre and make a four cut
And fold it like a rose shape - 8
Place them in a baking tray and brush them milk and butter wash

Sprinkle some coriander leaves and white sea same seeds and bake for fifteen min at 180c

Serve hot
