Combine 1 tablespoon yeast, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 container of yogurt, 2 cups water, and 2 cups flour in a bowl.

Mix well and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes to proof. Then add more flour with a pinch of salt and knead well for about 10 minutes until you have a soft dough that is still a bit sticky.

Add 1/2 cup oil and knead well for another 5 minutes. Gather the dough with a little oil, cover, and let it rise. Once risen, shape as desired.

Brush the tops with a mixture of 1 egg, a little milk, and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C).

- Nabulsi cheese with nigella seeds
- Feta cheese with mozzarella
- Za'atar with olive oil
