Ingredients

2 lbfrozen cubed hash browns
1/2 cupbutter
1 pintssour cream
1 cancream of chicken
2 cupgrated cheese
1salt & pepper to taste
Topping
2 cupcorn flakes
1/4 cupbutter

Steps

Defrost potatoes and mix with rest of ingredients. Turn into greased 3 quart casserole dish.

Saute corn flakes in butter until toasted.

Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

You may want to cover with foil for the first 30 minutes then uncover and brown the top.
