  2. 1 cupmawa
  3. 1 cupor according to taste khoya
  4. 1 tspElaichi
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. As neededDryfruits for decoration
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Ghee ke sath gajar ko achhe se bhun le.

  2. 2

    Abhi gajar main mawa, sugar aur dudh dalke achhese mila le. Aur mix karein jab tak mawa melt na hojaye.

  3. 3

    Abhi isme ilaich aur pinch of salt dale aur mix karein. Dryfruits ke sath garma garam serve karein.
