Ingredients

  • 1/2 litermilk
  • Kesar
  • Sugar
  • Dry fruits chopped whtever you want to take
  • Readymade jalebi

    Take a pan.heat milk. Boil at low medium heat til it becomes little thick

  2. 2

    Please note.. Jo bhi malai uspe aati jaye..isse dheere se side mein pan ke kinare pe lagate jaye.. So tht wo rabri ki tarah bann sake.. Mix nahi karna hai round direction mein milk ko.. Very slowly mix it

  3. 3

    Add kesar, dry fruits and sugar.. Cook for 5 more minutes.. Garnish with jalebi and rose
