  • Namak swad anusar
  • 2 spoonGreen chili aur lehsun crush
  • 1/4 chamachRed mirchi powder
  • 1/4 chamachHaldi powder
  • 1/4 chamachAjwain
  • 2 chamachDhaniya
  • 4 chammachOil
  • Green chili fry karne ke liye
  • 4 tspRai dana

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pahle rice chane ki dal udad ki dal methi dana mix kar ke pani se dhoker saf kar lo aur 5 hours ke liye bhigo kar rakh lo.

    Baad me mixer me jo bhigo kar rakha hai vo crush kar lo.

    Phir usme khatta dahi ya butter milk dalker 4 hours ke liye bhigo kar rakh lo.

    Ab ek bade patele me pani dalker uper ek plate ko oil lagaker rakho.

    Green chili lehsun crush karke dalo red mirchi powder haldi namak swad anusar ajwain dalker mix kar lo.

    Ab soda dalker better banalo phir plate me failado. Aur uper se red mirchi powder sprinkle kar lo.

    15 mins ke liye medium aanch per pakaye.

    Is tarah se sab dhokla banake rakh lo.

    Ab ek kadai me oil me rai green chili til mithe nim patte dalker thoda sa fry kar lo aur dhokla daldo.

  10. 10

    Mix karke dhaniya dalker green aur red Chutney ke sath serve kere.
