combine caramels in 1/3 cup of milk in saucepan.

Heat on low, stirring constantly, until caramel are melted

Combine cake mix remaining 1/3 cup of evaporated milk and butter in mixing bowl

Mix with electric mixer on medium high until combined

Stir in nuts with a spatula.

Press half cake mixture into greased than likely floured13 by 9 pan

Bake for 6 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour melted carmel over cake mixture

Sprinkle chocolate chips over carmel

Crumble remaining cake mixture over top

Return pan to oven and bake an additional15 to 20 minutes

Chill 30 minutes and cut into small bars
