In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams potato, 50 milliliters of yogurt, 50 milliliters of fresh cream, 1 tablespoon gram flour, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds, 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon pink salt, 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek leaves, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 3 tablespoons oil. Mix all the ingredients well.

Thread the potatoes onto bamboo skewers.

Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and bake for 20 - 25 minutes

Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
