Cooking Instructions

On both sides of the chicken dash the chicken with garlic powder and seasoning salt.

In a skillet with a dash of oil cook your chicken until its brown on both sides. While you do this pre heat oven to 375°F.

On a cassarol dish place the chicken then sprinkle jalapenos, green unions, and last the cheese. For about 10-15 min until cheese is boiled and melted. Place on a bed of rice with sour cream on time.
