  • Kabuli chana soaked
  • Ghee
  • Few Hari mirch
  • 2 tspDhania powder
  • 1 tspAnardana
  • 1 tspZeera powder
  • 1 tspLal mirch
  • 1 tspKala namak
  • as neededSalt
  • 1 tspZeera
  • 1 tspChana masa
  • leavesDhania

Steps

    To boil kabuli chana... take a cooker add 2 tea bag..salt..moti elaichi 1..1 cup chana 3 cup water.. soak it overnight.. at morning 7-8 whistle..

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add all thee masalas and 1/2 cup water mix it well..

  3. 3

    Take a ghee add adrak.. hari mirch and masala water.. saute for 2 to 3 min and add boiled chana.. simmer and cover it for 10 min. Chana ready
