In a bowl put the flour, add the sugar, salt, baking powder & cinnamon. Mix until the ingredients are well dissolved.

Warm the milk and add the margarine.

Take the above mixture and add the eggs one by one mixing it very well.

Add milk & margarine bit by bits kneading the mixture to a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into balls, make round shape chapati and cut into desired shape.

Leave for 10mins the deep fry till ready.

Drain the excess oil and serve with tea.

Bring water to boil, add tea leaves, ginger and cardamon. Wait for 5mins. Add your milk and let it cook for another 5mins.

Serve while hot with your half cakes.
