Sabse pahle sabhi vaggi ko wash kar ke cut karenge

Peas and mushroom ko b wash kar lenge

All spices ko b ek plate me nikal Lenge

Ab ek cooker ya kadahi hot Karein aur isme 1TABLE spoon oil add karein and tejpatta,green chilli,oniion,ginger,garlic,add kar ke 2min bhune

Ab isme tomato b add karein 2min ise b bhune

Ab ise cool karein

Mixi me grind kar ke peste ready karein

Ab cooker ko hot Karein usme oil add karein

Ab isme peas add Karein and fry Karein, ab isme cut kiye hue mushroom b add karein

And 5min tak bhunege

Ab isme grind kiye hue masale add kar ke mix karein

Ab isme Haldi Salt sabji masala garammasala add Karein and mix kark oil chodne tak bhunege

Ab isme apne hisab se water add Karein and ek siti aane tak pakyenge

Ab ise utarkar serving bowl me nikalker coriander leaves add Karein and garmagarm roti ya Rice ke sath serve Karein.
