Ingredients

6 serves
  1. 2 cupsudah dal soaked overnight
  2. 2 cupsrice soaked overnight
  3. 1 cupmoong dal soaked overnight
  4. 6boiled aloo
  5. 3-4sliced onions
  6. 2Green chiilies chopped
  7. Peri peri sauce
  8. Halfcup Coconut powder
  9. 1/4 cupchanna
  10. 1/4 cuppeanut
  11. leavesSome curry
  12. 1/4 tea spoonRai
  13. Oil
  14. Water
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 cupTofu paneer grated
  17. 1 pinchHing
  18. 1/4 tea spoonJeera
  19. 1/4 tea spoonhaldi
  20. 1/4 tea spoonRed Chilli powder
  21. 1/4 tea spoonamchur

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind into paste all udah dal,rice and moong dal..add salt.. Keep aside for fermentation

  2. 2

    Take a kadai.. Heat oil..add hing Jeera.. Onion.. Cook them add spices...Salt red Chilli Haldi amchur aloo mashed and cook for a while..keep aside

  3. 3

    Then make chutney.. Grind coconut powder.. 1 Green chilli.. Channa..Peanut little corriender leaves and make paste.. Take one teaspoon oil. Heat it..add rai..curry patta and then put it into cutney..keep aside

  4. 4

    Now take dosa tawa..Grease it with oil and spread it with tissue paper

  5. 5

    Pour 2 table spoon batter of udah dal and spread in circular motion.. Cook at low heat..put peri peri sauce.. Potato masala and grated paneer.. When dosa leaves it's sides then roll it and serve hot with cutney
