Cut kathal in big cube size. Cut onion in slice.

Take (For spice powder)black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, whole coriander, cumin seed and cinnamon stick roast it on very low flame and grind this spices in grinder.

Take thick bottom pan. Heat oil.

Add cumin seed, bay leaves, whole dry chilli, whole coriander and onion.

Add garlic ginger crushed.

Add kathal cubes. Now put coriander powder, turmeric powder and dry mango powder. Salt. Mix it well. Cover it properly. Cook it in very slow flame for 20- 25 min.

Add grinded spices. Again cook it till kathul became soft.

Add fresh green coriander.
