1egg white
1 cupor 2 of icing sugar,depending with thickness

Put the egg white in a bowl.Add the icing while constantly mixing the eggwhite.Add till thick,when ready add a flavour,I used caramel.

Smear on the muffin using a piping bag or a spatula.Enjoy.
