Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuphung curd
  2. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tsp Lal mirch powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch
  5. 1/2 tsp (1/2 tsp)kasuri methi
  6. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 3tspolive oil
  9. 1/2 teaspoonGaram Masala
  10. 1/2 tspchat masala
  11. 5cubes paneer
  12. 2tsproasted gram flour
  13. 1tbsp lemon juice
  14. 1tspginger garlic paste
  15. Half onions
  16. Half Capsicum Red and Green
  17. . Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take half cup hung curd further add in all the Spices along with salt. Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.

  2. 2

    Now at half onion Petals half cubed capsicum Red and Green and 5 cubs paneer.

  3. 3

    Also at one teaspoon of oil. Mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.

  4. 4

    Further more to marinate cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    After marination insert the marinated paneer capsicum and onions into wooden skewers, further roast it on a hot tawa grill in oven or tandoor.

  6. 6

    Finally Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve Paneer Tikka immediately.
