Today's party theme is a welcome drink: Pinacolada with a outer layer of Strawberry and pomegranate.

Chill the serving glasses like martini glasses, till serving time.

Chop strawberries and remove pomegranate seeds. Put them in a blender with 1 spoon of sugar.

Pour out the thick juice in the martini glasses.

Chop pineapple and put it in the blender. Add cream of coconu and 2 tsp sugar.Run the blender.

Add half glass coconut water. And run the blender again for a minute.

Pour the pinacolada over the strawberries and pomegranate juice in the centre.

Decorate the mocktail with some fruits and straws.
