Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2large potatoes
  • 4eggs
  • 1small green pepper
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato, remove the cover
  • Deep frying oil

    Peel the potatoes, wash and deep fry.

  2. 2

    Cut the tomato, green pepper and onion in one bowl

  3. 3

    Then add salt. Break the eggs in the same bowl and mix

  4. 4

    Pour the chips on top and fry again till ready
