Steps

Heat jaggery /gur and water in a pan

Stir continuously till jaggery disolves

Switch off the gas.

Take a bowl add wheat flour,suji / semolina,clarified butter and melted jaggery / gur and mix well

Knead to make a stiff dough.

Divide the dough into balls and roll out.
- 7
Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown.
- 8
Drain and serve.
