Heat oil in skillet

Fry pork chops medium well

Remove pork chops and add one tablespoon butter and garlic to pan. saute until soft

Deglaze pan with wine, and add horseradish and mustard

Mix, and place pork chops back in pan. cook for two to three minutes

Place pork chops on plate and drip sauce over. serve
