Grate or finely cube butter and rub into mixture.

When finely crumbed, add cheese.

Pour in 1 cup of milk and mix to a soft dough. Add more milk if needed.

Knead a few times and pat out on floured board/bench.

Cut into even pieces with a floured knife.

Flour baking tray and bake at 220 for 10 minutes.
