Ingredients

  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 2 tablespoonsfresh cream
  3. 5Marie biscuits powdered
  4. 2 teaspoonschocolate syrup
  5. 1 tablespoonnutella chocolate spread
  6. For custard
  7. 1 tablespooncustard powder
  8. 2 tablespoonssugar
  9. 2 cupfull cream milk
  10. 2 dropsvanilla essence

Steps

    Take a pan and boil milk.

  2. 2

    Add custard powder slurry to the milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

  3. 3

    When milk has thickened add sugar and vanilla essence and mix well.

  4. 4

    Custard is ready allow it to cool down

  5. 5

    For Assembling the pastry
    Trim the edges of the bread slices.

  6. 6

    Mix half custard, biscuits and cream together.

  7. 7

    First take one slice and apply 1 tablespoon of custard mixture and spread evenly all over.

  8. 8

    Then place second slice of bread and apply nutella chocolate spread on both the sides, and place this slice on the first one.

  9. 9

    In this way repeat the process until the fourth bread slice comes on top.

  10. 10

    Then apply layer of plain custard on the top slice.

  11. 11

    Now put this bread pastry in the freezer for 2-3 hours to set.

  12. 12

    After that take it out in a serving plate and cut from the center into two parts.

  13. 13

    Garnish with chocolate syrup and serve chilled.
