  • Ghee
  • 5Boiled aloo diced
  • 1 tspZeera
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder
  • 2 tspDhniaa powder
  • 1 tspJeera powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • leavesDhnia

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add 1/2 cup water and all the masalas mix it well..

  2. 2

    Take a kadayi add ghee..jeera and besan.. bhuno till lyt brown..

  3. 3

    Now add masala slurry mix it for 2 min.

  4. 4

    Now add boiled aloo..hara dhnia.. simmer for 5 min. Ready to eat
