Ingredients

3/4 cupflour
1 tbspflour
1/3 cupsugar
1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1egg
1/2 cupmilk
2 tbspcanola oil
2 tspvanilla extract
1 1/3 cuphot, brewed coffe(cinnamon flavored also works very well)
2/3 cuppacked brown sugar(light or dark)

preheat oven to 350°F

spray 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking or baking spray

mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and baking powder

mix egg, milk, oil, and vanilla in glass measuring cup or something comparable

add egg mix to flour mix and stir until just combined
6

pour batter into baking dish
7

mix coffee and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved then pour over batter
8

bake for 30 minutes
9

serve warm
