  • 250 gGrated khoya
  • 1 cupMalai
  • 2 tspSoaked kesar
  • Chop mixed nuts.. Half cup
  • 4 tspPowder milk
  • Cardamom powder.. Half tsp
  • 2 tspCorn flour
  • 200 mlCondensed milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Milk ko boil ke reduce kar le. Add condensed milk, malai corn flour ko ghol ke Dale mix well chop nuts, kesar, powder milk mix kar de.

    Grated khoya and elachi powder mix kar Kulfi mould main pour kar freeze ke le.
