Aloo ko half boil kar ke peel kar le or beech se scoop kar le.

Tomato ko 4 pisses mein cuts karke 1 cup water mein pakha le 6-8 min tak or thanda kareke mixi mein piss le or chalni mein chaan le.

Ab stuffing ke liye ak plate mein sare ingredients daal kar ache se mix kar le.

Aloo mein stuffing bhar de. Or uppar Allu ki cup laga kar toothpicks lagaye.

Ab gram oil mein daal kar fry kar le.

Phir ak plate mein nikaal le.

Ab gravy ke liye mixi jaar mein chopped onions,garlic, ginger, red chilli powder, gram masala, jeera powder, kaju or dhniya powder daal kar paste bana le.

Ab ak pan mein gee daal kar gram Karein or onion paste daal kar 4-5 min ko sauté Karein.

Ab usme tomato purée daal kar 5-6 min ko sauté Karein.

Malai or Kasturi methi or salt daal kar ache se sauté Karein.

Phir 1/2 cup pani daal kar 1 boil laga le or end mein coriander daal de.

Ab ak bowl mein stuff allu rakhe or uppar se se gravy daal kar Serb Karein.
