. Potato ko peel kar ke wash karein then long cut karein

Water ko boil karein then add cut potato for boil 3 se 4 min (#optional add few red colour mix well)

Boil potato ka pani nikal ke .. arrarot add karein mix karein halk hath se

Then kadai me oil gram kar ke deep fry karein

Alag pan me few oil gram karein sabut lal mirch dale then add, onion lambi cut kri hui fry karein then add Capsicum.fry karein

Then add red chilli sause (lal sabut mirch 5 se 6 lo few water me boil kar ke pees le)

Then add 1 spn soya sause , few tomato sause mix well then 1 spn arrarot water me mix kar ke add karein then add salt mix well ready sause

Deep fry potato mix karein add few vinegar agar aap ke pass green onion leave hai to cut kar ke vo add karein nahi to. Dhaniya patti daal le then few white til dal ke .serve karein............
