Ingredients

10 minutes
  • Homemade broth (or any broth you have prepared)
  • Noodles
  • 1egg per serving

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Bring the broth to a boil and add the noodles. Cook for about 3 minutes, but don’t let them cook all the way through.

    Add the eggs and DO NOT STIR. This is my trick to keep the yolk whole.

  3. 3

    When the egg whites are fully cooked and look white, the soup is ready to serve.
