Knead the dough with wheat flour ?kasuri methi, salt, ajwain and water

Rest aside

Now in a pan heat oil add jeera ?green chilles, curry leaves saute for a minute

Add the spices and aloo

Mix well and cook for 5 minutes covered with a lid

Switch off the flame after 5 minutes

Now take small portion from the dough and prepare puris

Deep fry them in the oil

Serve garama garam puri bhaji
