Steps

Mix maida salt and water to prepare dough tighter than for roti.

Chop all vegetables mentioned above in very small pieces. Take one teaspoon vegetable oil in pan and put some cumin seeds in hot oil. Add all chopped vegetables in pan and soute them for 2 to 3 minutes and then add salt and chilli powder according to taste.

Now take small piece of dough and make 2 rectangular shape chapati, then take 1 piece and put 1 teaspoon soute vegetables, paneer piece and grated cheese(optional), cover this with another piece of dough and attach both pieces with water(add some water at the corner of chapati). Follow the same for other pieces. Then deep fry all test pieces.
