Ingredients

  • 1 cupBasmati rice
  • 2 tspTurmic powder
  • 2 tspCumin powder
  • 2 tspGinger paste
  • 4 tspCurd
  • as per necessarySalt
  • 1 tspGhee
  • 3 tspnBay leaves
  • 5 tspSpinach cut into small pieces
  • 1 tspGarom masala
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tspRaisin

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl soaked the rice 1hour.

  2. 2

    Then take a cooker add ghee and spinach, rice and all ingredients, fry it for 5/6 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then add water 1n 1/2 cup.

  4. 4

    Wait for 2 whistle.

  5. 5

    Then serve it hot polau.thank you.
