Ingredients

  1. 2Roti
  2. 2Boil potatoes
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1green chilli chopped
  5. 1spoon coriander leaves chopped
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tspGaram masala
  8. Bhuna jeera powder 1sp chat masala
  9. 1/2 cupBesan
  10. pinchHeeng
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mashed potatoes add onion, chilli, coriander leaves Salt &garam masala

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add besan, heeng, ajwain & make batter

  3. 3

    Takeroti fold &stuff aalu mixture

  4. 4

    Dip in batter and deep fry

  5. 5

    Sprinkle chat masala &serve with chutney or sauce
