Ingredients

  • 1 cuprefined flour
  • 1/4 cupoil pinch of salt
  • 1 cupMoong dal namkeen
  • 1 tbdesi ghee
  • 1/4 tspheeng
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1 tspgaaram masala
  • 1/2dhaniya powder
  • Salt &Black salt
  • 1/4red chilli powder
  • 1 tspamchoor powder

Steps

    Take a bowl salt, maida oil make tieght dough

    Keep aside

  3. 3

    Grind dal

  4. 4

    Take chhonk katori add ghee add left spices

  5. 5

    Mix in dal

  6. 6

    Take small ball of dough

  7. 7

    Make roti cut in centre

  8. 8

    Make cone stuff mixture

  9. 9

    Seal it &deep fry..
