Heat oil in wok fry all pototo pieces until turn into soft.

Heat another deep pan add sugar n water cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame

Add ketchup, cumin powder, fennel powder, mango powder, black salt and mix well, cook for 5minutes on low flame till the syrup get shiny.

Take it in plate pour syrup n mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves n sev
Sprinkle pinch of cumin powder. - 5
