
Henush Potato and Mushrooms Dumplings

The potatoes dough : mix all the ingredients to a smooth texture dough and put aside .

The mushroom filling : fry all the ingredienta on a frying pan till the wine faded and cool.

Preheat the oven to a 170 c .

Make large balls from the potatoes dough and flatten them .

Put 1 tablespoon of the filling in the middle and close them .

Cover every ball with bread crumbs and put on a baking sheet .

Bake for half hour or till you get golden color.

The souse - put a little oil on a frying pan and fry the onion till you get little golden color.

Add the mushrooms and fry for more 10 min.

Add the cream, salt and pepper and cook for another 10 min.

Serve the dumplings covered with a little Souse.
